Catechism for Children in English | Katechismus für Kinder auf Englisch
As a supplement to our Eucharistic celebrations in English (every Saturday at 6:30 p.m.), from Saturday, August 10th we are offering a Catechism for children in English.
Als Ergänzung unserer Eucharistie-Feiern auf Englisch (jeden Samstag um 18:30h) machen wir ab dem Samstag, 10. August das Angebot eines Katechismus für Kinderauf Englisch.
Parents, catechists, and children (from the age of 5) meet approximately every two weeks from 5:45 p.m. until shortly before the Eucharist at 6:30 p.m. in the community center. There will be singing, prayers, and reflection on basic questions of faith in a child-friendly way. The "Children's Catechism YouCat" with its topics will serve as a guide.
If you know an English-speaking family with children, please make the family aware of this offer.
The meetings are ecumenical (Protestant and Catholic families welcome, including non-native speakers).

The first meeting is on Saturday, August 10th 2024 at 5:45 p.m. (community center, "Italian room" on the ground floor). The following sessions are planned for August 24th, September 7th and 21st, October 26th, November 9th and 23rd, and December 7th and 14th.
Etwa alle zwei Wochen treffen sich Eltern, Katechet:innen und Kinder (ab dem Alter von 5 Jahren) von 17:45h bis kurz vor der Eucharistie um 18:30h im Gemeindezentrum. Es wird gesungen, gebetet und über Grundfragen des Glaubens kindgerecht nachgedacht. Der „Kinder-Katechismus YouCat“ mit seinen Themen wird als Leitfaden dienen.
Wenn Sie eine englischsprachige Familie mit Kindern kennen, machen Sie die Familie doch auf dieses Angebot aufmerksam.
Die Treffen sind ökumenisch (evangelische und katholische Familien willkommen, auch Nicht-Muttersprachler).
